I can’t believe it’s been an entire month since I have gone to Oregon and I am just now posting these photos. I apologize for the delay. Work has been stressful and when you add traveling for work on top of that, well it eventually wears down on you. I can see why blogging can be a full time job.
I went to Portland last month to visit some friends. We stayed in Downtown Portland at The Heathman for a night. In the morning, we headed to Fuller’s for breakfast, which has the best damn omelette’s I have ever had and I mean ever because I never had the most cheesiest and creamiest omelette in my life until then. I’m still dreaming about it!
After breakfast, our first stop was the ever famous, Multnomah Falls. It was pretty easy to find and not too far from Portland (about 40 minutes driving). Once you park, it’s a short walk to get to the falls. The surrounding trees were absolutely breathtaking. We got there before lunch so it wasn’t super packed either. However, there were lots of people crowding the main spot to take a photo in front of the falls, so it was pretty difficult to get an epic shot.
A lot of our friends were suggesting a bunch of different places to go exploring and unfortunately we did not have enough time to see it all. Oregon is definitely a place where I could spend an entire summer and probably not get the chance to discover even a quarter of all it’s wonderful gems. I would definitely like to spend a summer out here for a week going camping!
